Our mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom affordable rental townhomes and apartments are purposefully designed to be larger than what is typically offered as affordable housing, in order to better support the real needs of individuals and families. The unit floor plan layouts include 1 bedroom + den, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Balconies and patios are also being considered for the units.

The smallest unit is a 1-bedroom + den which can accommodate a care giver.

Over 50% of the units are a generous 2 bedroom and/or 2 bedrooms + den.

All units will be universally accessible or barrier-free.
