Our mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom affordable rental townhomes and apartments are purposefully designed to be larger than what is typically offered as affordable housing, in order to better support the real needs of individuals and families. The unit floor plan layouts include 1 bedroom + den, 2, and 3 bedrooms.
Balconies and patios are also being considered for the units. Accessible and Barrier-Free
The smallest unit is a 1-bedroom + den which can accommodate a care giver.
Over 50% of the units are a generous 2 bedroom and/or 2 bedrooms + den.
All units will be universally accessible or barrier-free.
A Place to Gather
We have planned a community room for residents and friends, with outdoor amenities and space for wrap-around support services as well
A social and wellness hub will be established to support inclusivity, connectivity, and commercial enterprise.
Transportation Friendly
The multi-residential townhome or apartment-style development includes covered parking with additional outdoor parking stalls in the common property for guest parking.
Outdoor bike racks will be available and placed to the outside of the building
